Purpose and scope
Professional routeThe route evaluates whether a candidate can understand, examine and report environmental data for a defined construction-product task using the applicable programme criteria.
It does not by itself appoint the holder to a regulated conformity-assessment function or replace any authorisation required from a programme operator, accredited body or notified body.
Competence areas
The controlling programme specification defines the exact depth and evidence required for the candidate's scope.

Professional experience
Documented work with environmental data, life-cycle information or related construction-product evidence.
Practical work sample
A case or work product showing how the candidate examines data, records findings and manages limitations.
Programme assessment
The knowledge and practical methods specified for the route, which may include a case review or interview.
Decision and record
An independent decision against the programme criteria followed by registration where all requirements are met.
