ERCA is a private professional credential. It does not itself confer statutory authority or guarantee recognition by an employer, client or competent authority.

One system, two jobs kept apart

Whoever trains a candidate cannot also decide whether that candidate is competent. ERCA keeps the two sides separate and names both, so you always know who is responsible for what.

Training is provided across the international network by organisations approved against an ERCA programme, in their own languages and at their own price. Attending a course prepares a candidate; it is not a certification decision.

ERCA credentials have been issued through member organisations across Europe and Latin America. The network keeps its own site at erca-academy.com, where the member list, the certification schemes and the approved course directory are published and remain readable while records are transferred to this site.

What does an ERCA credential confirm?

It confirms that the holder met the published criteria of the stated ERCA programme on the date of the certification decision. The public record identifies the scope and validity of the issued credential.

Is completing a course enough to become certified?

No. Training may prepare a candidate, but certification depends on meeting the requirements and assessment conditions of the applicable programme.

Can an employer verify the credential?

Yes. Issued credentials can be checked in the ERCA public register using the available record details.

Is ERCA certification a statutory authorisation?

No. ERCA provides private professional credentials. Their acceptance depends on the requirements of the employer, client or competent authority in the relevant context.
