The final scope is set in the applicable approval or operator agreement. These principles guide the allocation.

Partner approval path
The exact evidence depends on the partner role and programme scope.
Define the role
Identify the country, programme, intended delivery model, trainers and candidate market.
Submit organisation evidence
Provide legal identity, relevant experience, quality controls, trainer records and delivery arrangements.
Programme review
ERCA checks the materials, learning outcomes, assessments, trainer competence and use of the ERCA identity.
Agreement and onboarding
The parties confirm scope, fees, data handling, records, monitoring and communication responsibilities.
Monitored delivery
The partner uses the current approved version and provides the required delegate and quality records.
Partner designations
Designation depends on the evidence reviewed and the written scope. It is not described as formal accreditation.
- ERCA Approved Training ProgrammeA defined training programme reviewed against ERCA learning and delivery requirements.
- ERCA Approved TrainerA trainer accepted for the stated programme scope and delivery role.
- ERCA Registered AuditorA person holding a current ERCA professional credential in the stated scope.
- Country coordinationA locally agreed operational role; it does not transfer ownership of the ERCA system or the authority to alter programme requirements.
